Netflix probably wouldn’t be where it is today without something called “word of mouth.” The problem with streaming platforms is that their popularity isn’t measured in ticket sales, but streaming hours. Series like Squid Game and Stranger Things are examples of how hype can generate Netflix subscriptions and streaming hours.
That kind of buzz is slowly generating around a new Netflix series called 3 Body Problem from the creators of Game of Thrones. According to Screen Greek, all the talk is about how disturbing it is.

They say:
“Of course, despite the gruesome nature of the content, it’s a rather impressive production and one that features plenty of admirable practical effects in addition to the display of CGI utilized. It’s quite likely that fans will still be drawn to the Netflix series in spite of the warnings of disturbing content from other viewers.”
Here are just a few posts of what viewers are saying:
I have an absolute dissertation of problems with Netflix's 3 Body Problem but the Judgement Day scene is one of the best things I've seen on telly in a while.

The Episode 5 Panama Canal scene is the most incredible (and horrifying) sequence in cinematic history. Hands down.
From the moment Auggie says "It is."
No one will ever be able to unsee it.

Holy hell the Panama Canal scene in 3 Body Problem was horrific. Worse than the Red Wedding.
Yikes and also Gross!

Of course, what others find disturbing, doesn’t represent the whole audience. We are dying to know what you think of the series and if it is as horrific as other people say. Leave your comments.
