Coming from Lionsgate, this new horror film titled Cobweb is going to be a fun, creepy film to watch. It is set to be released on July 21st of this year. Check out this newly released clip for the movie below.
The movie’s story will follow an eight-year-old boy named Peter who keeps hearing a strange tapping inside his bedroom walls. When he brings it up to his parents, they always tell him that it’s his imagination and it’s nothing to worry about. He becomes more frightened when the strange tapping does not stop and begins to wonder if his parents are hiding a terrible secret from him. He’s not sure what to believe and who to trust, so he goes to investigate it himself.
The movie was officially rated R earlier this week for Horror Violence and Language. It is directed by Samuel Bodin (Marianne, Lazy Company). The movie will star Antony Starr (The Boys, The Covenant) and Lizzy Caplan (Castle Rock, Cloverfield) as the parents. It will also star Woody Norman (C’mon C’mon, Bruno) as the boy Peter.
This film has garnered quite a following leading up to its release later this month. With a killer cast and great looking trailer, this movie will be a hit at the box office.
