The Irregulars has already met its end at Netflix. The series that focused on the world surrounding Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson didn’t last long at all after premiering earlier this year.

The Irregulars followed a group of teens who were manipulated into working on solving cases for Dr. Watson and Sherlock Holmes. The two iconic characters were a very different form of their usual selves. They were down right villainous in some aspects leaving the teens who were basically manipulated into being their personal investigators and focus of the show.

The series did well-enough to break into Netflix’s top-10 slot during its opening weekend back at the end of March. So, it must have did somewhat well.

The Irregulars which was based on the work of iconic author Arthur Conan Doyle starred Thaddea Graham, McKell David, Jojo Macari, Harrison Osterfield and Darci Shaw, Clarke Peters and Henry Lloyd-Hughes who played the role of Sherlock Holmes.

I blame the marketing on this one. The series was never clear about what it was clearly about. It also sort of buried the lede when it came to the level of involvement of Dr. Watson and Sherlock Holmes.
