‘RoboCop: Rogue City’ Trailer Brings Back Peter Weller to Play Murphy

RoboCop is one of the all-time best. The full-throttle satire is the film that keeps on giving. Director, Paul Verhoeven gave us one of the very best that the 80s had to offer. That is why it’s so great to see that actor Peter Weller is back to play RoboCop. It’s also very cool that the game borrows from the film by bringing TV commercials into the action in order to add some of its very own humor and satire.
Teyon’s RoboCop looks to be a wall-to-wall shoot ’em up. Literally, every screen has blood spurting from headshots or from other appendages flying off.
The synopsis for RoboCop: Rogue City breaks down like this:
The city of Detroit has been hit by a series of crimes, and a new enemy is threatening the public order. Your investigation leads you right into the heart of a shadowy project in an original story that takes place between RoboCop 2 and 3. Explore iconic locations and meet familiar faces from the world of RoboCop.
RoboCop: Rogue City is set to drop in September. With no exact date given, it is entirely likely that the game gets pushed back. Fingers crossed it stays on track. Expect it to arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC.

‘El Paso, Elsewhere’ Trailer Takes You to the Pit of Hell in Texas to Fight the Supernatural

Max Payne was one hell of a game. It was a singular experience, the noir, the slow-motion shootouts, the horror undertones. It was just a great game. Well, El Paso, Elsewhere is a spiritual successor for Max Payne and it’s a good one.
Strange Scaffold’s El Paso, Elsewhere incorporates the slow-motion shootouts, the painkillers, and the same overall look of the Max. However, in this game, you are fighting all-out werewolves, mummies, and vampires. In addition, you are looking for the love of your life in the form of a female vampire named Draculae.

The synopsis for El Paso, Elsewhere goes like this:
Haunted by his memories with the undead queen, the werewolves, mummies, and biblically accurate angels awaiting James are just one threat of many. Fight them off with a wealth of weapons, pills that keep the pain at bay, and badass bullet time that lets you pick and choose your shots or deftly dodge attacks while countering – all while our hero will confront his own memories of this bittersweet, painful relationship and the unfortunate turn of events that brought him to this pit of hell in Texas.Â
El Paso, Elsewhere is now available on Xbox, Playstation and Microsoft Windows.

Greg Nicotero’s Leatherface Mask and Saw Revealed in New ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ Teaser

Gun Interactive’s The Texas Chainsaw Massacre has given us one heck of a game. The entire cat-and-mouse matches between the Family and the Victims has been a blast to navigate. Each character is fun to play as but it always comes back to Leatherface. Playing as him is always a blast. In our first bit of DLC make-up FX artist and filmmaker, Greg Nicotero gives us a new mask, a new saw, and a brand new kill. This new bit of DLC is coming in October and will cost $15.99.
The arrival of make-up designed by Nicotero is a cool one. The entire design is really cool. From his bolo bone tie to his mask designed with the mouth fixed to where Leatherface’s eye peers through.

Of course, the saw is very cool too, and has the very cool bonus feature of being named a Nicotero saw. Which somehow fits perfectly as the name of a chainsaw.
“What’s so rewarding about working alongside Greg is his wealth of knowledge, his experience with practical effects, makeup and the art of creature creation.” said Wes Keltner, CEO and President of Gun Interactive. “He’s touched so many horror franchises over the years, it just made sense to bring him on board. And when the two of us get together, it’s like kids in a candy store! We had a blast working on this, and bringing that vision to life is something both Gun and Sumo are very proud of.”
Greg Nicotero’s DLC arrives this October. The full Texas Chainsaw Massacre game is out now. What do you think of the new mask? Let us know in the comments section.

‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III’s’ Zombie Trailer Introduces an Open-World and Operators

This marks the very first time that Zombies come to the world of Modern Warfare. And it looks like they are going all out and adding an entirely new experience to the gameplay.
The new zombies-based adventure will take place in big wide-open massive worlds similar to Modern Warfare II’s DMZ mode. It will also feature operators similar to those in Warzone. These operators combined with an open-world mechanics are sure to bring an entirely new experience to the classic zombies mode that fans are used to.

Personally, I believe that this new update is exactly what the Zombies mode needed. It was due for something to mix it up and this is a very nice way to do it. DMZ mode was a lot of fun and I think that this will be the thing to shake up the world of zombies and get folks interested all over again.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III arrives November 10.
