“That’s Addams with two Ds,: Like padded room,” says Wednesday in a new trailer, the second for the successful Netflix original. Wednesday remains at the top of the list of most streamed shows on the streamer.
There is just a less than a month left before the series premiere.
New additions to the cast include Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Noah Taylor, and Joanna Lumley. Anthony Michael Hall is also here, reuniting with Tim Burton for the first time since Edward Scissorhands.
Combining comedy and horror, Wednesday became a viral sensation in 2022 when the character created a dance on the show and TikTok users remixed it to “Bloody Mary” by Lady Gaga.
Speaking of Mother Monster, she will have a part in the series later in the season.
Wednesday Season 2, Part I airs on Netflix on August 6. Part II, Sept. 3.
