Meat Loaf Ghost Hunters

World -renowned rockstar Meat Loaf might do anything for love, but we never expected him to join the gang of Discovery’s Ghost Hunters. That’s just what he’ll be doing next month, however, on a special episode of the classic paranormal investigation series.

The episode, titled “The Haunted House on the Hill” will find the musician teamed up with TAPS to investigate a farmhouse in Tennessee. According to a press release we received today, “Rumors of terrifying activity have plagued the property for decades, but the new owners want to reassure the community that their home doesn’t harbor dangerous entities.” The episode will be available for streaming on discovery+ on Saturday, February 12, 2022.

Meat Loaf joins the cast of Ghost Hunters on a special investigation in Tennessee.

Ghost Hunters originally premiered on Syfy back in 2004, running for 12 years during which the The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) team gained a dedicated following and spawned numerous spin-off series including Ghost Hunters International and Ghost Hunters Academy.

As discovery+ explains the newest iteration of the series:

“The renowned TAPS team return to the paranormal show that started it all. Original GHOST HUNTERS members Jason Hawes, Steve Gonsalves and Dave Tango, along with Shari DeBenedetti, reunite to revisit their most chilling cases and investigate disturbing new hauntings. Armed with state-of-the-art technology, their proven methodology and special guest investigators, TAPS tackle disturbing paranormal activity head-on, leaving no stone unturned to reach the dead among the living. The reboot follows the team as they crisscross the country searching for answers in the nation’s most haunted locations. Joining the core team are a host of experts from different paranormal backgrounds that add their own points of view and prowess to each unique case.”

We’re certainly down to see more of the TAPS team, and it will be very interesting to see how Meat Loaf handles things that go bump in the night. Will he stand up and fight or will he run like a bat out of hell?

I’ll see myself out…
