Monica Bellucci is set to play Beetlejuice’s wife in the sequel to Tim Burton’s classic. THR reports the news that the actress is set to join the cast and the sure to be monumentally classic role!
That’s right y’all the beautiful Bellucci is going to play the role of the Ghost With The Most’s wife.
Composer Danny Elfman and Jenna Ortega are also set to come to Beetlejuice 2. We are also ready to see Michael Keaton and Tim Burton join forces once again to take us to the land of the dead. All we are missing now is Winona Ryder!
The synopsis for Beetlejuice went like this:
After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house. When the unbearable Deetzes (Catherine O’Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose “help” quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.
