The latest entry to the Ghostbusters franchise, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, has just released a new trailer and it gives us a look at new and old characters. It also introduces a new villain that is surely trouble the team. The film will be released on March 22nd of this year. Check out the official trailer and more about the film below.
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire follows the story of “The Spengler family as they return to the iconic New York City firehouse where the original Ghostbusters have taken ghost-busting to the next level. When the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must unite to protect their home and save the world from a second ice age.“
The new film is being directed by Gil Kenan who co-wrote the story for Ghostbusters: Afterlife. He is known for his films Monster House and Poltergeist (2015). The film stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Paul Rudd, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Emily Alyn Lind, and many others.
