This is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year. Deadpool & Wolverine teaser trailer officially dropped. This is the only Marvel movie that is releasing in theaters this year. The film synopsis states: “The irresponsible hero Deadpool will change the history of the MCU with Wolverine!?” It is directed by Shawn Levy who is known for the Night at the Museum trilogy and Free Guy. The story is written by Shawn Levy, Wendy Molyneux, and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin. It stars Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Morena Baccarin, Jennifer Garner, and many more.
The first film titled Deadpool was released in 2016 and was a major hit at the box office. The film earned $782.6M at the global box office on a $58M Budget. It currently sits at 85% Critic and 90% Audience scores on Rotten Tomatoes. This would lead to the film getting a sequel titled Deadpool 2 which was released in 2018. This film was also a major hit as it made $785.8M at the global box office on a $110M Budget. It currently sits at 84% Critic and 85% Audience scores on Rotten Tomatoes.
