Burger King has gone all out once again for Halloween. Each year Burger King offers up spooky items that usually deal with overly spicy items that have red buns, black buns or ghost white buns. This year the King has double down on the spicy scares with both the Ghost Pepper Whopper and Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries.
The whopper comes with a groovy Halloween orange bun over ghost pepper cheese, jalapenos, bacon and queso. The Chicken Fries come imbued with the spiciness of ghost peppers.
“Earlier this year, we asked Guests if we should bring back the Ghost Pepper Whopper or introduce Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries. The results were split, so we’re adding both products to our menus nationwide this Halloween season, giving Guests multiple ways to enjoy the perfect combination of flavor and heat,” said Pat O’Toole, Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King. “We’re excited for fans to have a new way to enjoy our signature Chicken Fries and bring back the Ghost Pepper Whopper with an eye-catching orange bun achieved with the use of paprika, showing that spooktacular innovations don’t mean you have to sacrifice quality or flavor.”
That isn’t all though! Burger King also dropped a Halloween pail similar to Mcdonald’s Halloween buckets. The buckets are said to be in select markets. So be sure to call your Burger King before heading out to see if they do have that bucket.
