The existentialism of Valentine’s Day is enough horror for some of us during the month of February. But, in order to combat those crushing, lonely moments we have horror to fill our lives and Netflix is offering up some pretty great bits of horror through the month of February. Nothing wrong with eating a Valentine’s Day BBQ along with Netflix’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre!
Rob Zombie’s Halloween arrives on Netflix to give us the savage portrait of Michael Myers. The complete reboot of the character goes back to Myer’s childhood and gives a little more backing to reveal what lead to Myers being such a brutal murderer. Some fans didn’t like Zombie’s explanation or the intense gore that Zombie incorporated.
One of the biggest moments of February comes with the arrival of Fede Alvarez’ Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This will see a new group of young folks having an unfortunate run-in with Leatherface who has been in hiding since the events of the first Texas Chainsaw Massacre film. This direct sequel will feature Leatherface as an old man. It will also bring back the character of Sally in some capacity. We can’t wait to see this one when it lands on Netflix on February 18th.
Here are some other films you will be able to find on Netflix through the month of February.
- The Addams Family
- The Book of Eli

- Catching Killers (Season 2)
