Wesker is the Killer in Dead by Daylight’s Resident Evil: Project W Trailer

Published

Resident

The latest trailer for Dead by Daylight chapter 25 has arrived. It brings with it the huge news that Resident Evil will finally crossover into Dead by Daylight via “Project W.” The news arrives via the new trailer which features two survivors, Ada Wong and Rebecca Chambers running from the new killer, Albert Wesker.

In addition to the new Resident Evil characters joining up, the new chapter will also feature the Raccoon City Police Department map. Past that there still aren’t any details on the killer or survivors’ perks. We are curious what moves Wesker will bring to his killing ability.

We are hoping that Wesker makes for one heck of a killer. He has always been such a shadowy superhero within the world of Resident Evil. The character deserves this expansion. In fact, one day, Resident Evil should give him his very own game.

Dead by Daylight’s synopsis goes like this:

Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught, tortured and killed. Survivors play in third-person and have the advantage of better situational awareness.

We can expect Dead by Daylight’s Resident Evil: Project W to arrive on console and PC later this year.

‘Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’ Trailer Rolls a Natural 20

Published

Dungeons

The latest trailer for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves could have gone one of two directions. It could have gone in a very serious Game of Thrones-like take on the world or to be a silly billy and play a campaign; that would be the equivalent of you playing D&D drunk with friends. The Chris McKay-written film decided to go with the latter. McKay also wrote, The Lego Movie to give you an idea of how he is a master of making seemingly impossible franchises a blast. He looks to have added a whole lot more of his wit and personality to this one. The result isn’t going to make all D&D fans happy but it certainly made this one more than happy.

There isn’t a correct way to make a Dungeons and Dragon film. The game itself is relative to the players that are involved. I have played hardcore serious matches and I have played Taco Bell and Vodka night games. And not gonna lie the Taco Bell and Vodka nights were always more fun and memorable. Also, Hugh Grant. That is all… Hugh Grant.

Dungeons

The synopsis for Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves goes like this:

A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic, but things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people.  Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves brings the rich world and playful spirit of the legendary roleplaying game to the big screen in a hilarious and action-packed adventure.

The film stars Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Justice Smith, Sophia Lillis, Chloe Coleman, Daisy Head and Hugh Grant.

Prepare your D20 die when Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves arrives in theaters March 31.

Lucy

Ruby was undoubtedly one of Ash Vs Evil Dead’s coolest and most interesting characters. Ruby drove around in a muscle car in search of the Necronomicon and Deadites. She, much like Ash had been touched by the darkness and had been transformed into a deadite in the past. So, she was a bit of a wildcard. Well, Lucy Lawless’ character Ruby is heading to Evil Dead: The Game and we can’t wait.

Ruby

The synopsis for Evil Dead: The Game goes like this:

“Inspired by the iconic horror, humor and action of the Evil Dead franchise, Evil Dead: The Game brings the series’ biggest names together in a pulse-pounding battle with the forces of darkness. Work as a team of four Survivors to kick Deadite butt and banish the vile Kandarian Demon – or become the Demon yourself, using its powers of possession to stop the good guys dead and swallow their souls! Choose your squad with fan-favorite characters from every era in the series, and battle with a wide variety of weapons to survive the night in multiplayer and bonus single-player missions.

Ruby will come with her own perks and abilities which will add to your team’s tactical play style.

The DLC update including Ruby arrives in Evil Dead: The Game beginning February 2. The DLC arrives on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®4, Xbox One and PC via the Epic Games Store.

Dragami Games has shared the first official peek at the upcoming remake of Lollipop Chainsaw. The awesome over-the-top cheerleader/zombie slayer game was a collaboration between James Gunn and Suda 51. During its release in 2012, Lollipop Chainsaw saw a cult like status. Over the years the game has retained its fans. That’s why Dragami Games is working on an updated remake in order to give us a next-gen experience.

We can’t wait to see the full game in action, but for now the developers gave us a peek at the upcoming rad remake.

In the photo, we get a side-by-side of its zombie-slaying cheerleader, Juliette Starling. On the left, we can see the original and on the right the updated version. It appears that not a lot is changing. Juliette appears to be a lot paler now and doesn’t seem to be wearing as much makeup as before. She also has a slight update in her texture.

This is only a sneak peek of what’s to come. So, we will be sure to keep you updated on any and all updates that come our way.

How many of you played the original Lollipop Chainsaw? Let us know in the comments section.
