Devanny Pinn is an American actress known for her work in the horror genre. She has appeared in numerous horror films and has gained recognition for her performance in various projects within the horror genre.

Devanny has been involved in both independent and mainstream horror films, showcasing her talent and dedication to the craft. Her work has garnered her a dedicated fan base and has made her a notable figure in the horror film community.

Devanny has completed her first feature as director! Her film The Black Mass, a true crime thriller, was screened in May at the Palais des Festival (Palais J) as part of the Marché du Film during the Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

I recently caught up with Devanny, and we chatted about her new film, The Flood. We discussed working in the CGI environment, her experience shooting in Thailand, how her scene was filmed, her challenges, and her directorial debut film, The Black Mass, which will be part of the FrightFest film festival in August.

Synopsis:

After a massive hurricane floods, Louisiana unleashes a threat even deadlier than the rising water level: a relentless horde of giant hungry alligators. When a group of in-transit prisoners and their security guards seek shelter in a local prison, they become prey for the flesh-eating attackers. To survive, the prisoners and guards must fight together in this action-thriller packed with slithery scares and jaw-clenching suspense. Brandon Slagle directs the film and stars Nicky Whelan, Casper Van Dien, and Louis Mandylor.
