James Bond has been in many deadly sticky situations but has managed to survive. But what if our international spy with a license to kill wasn’t as lucky as he’s written to be?
Well, let me introduce you to The Corridor Crew, a band of VFX geeks who love to toy with cinematic classics. We reported about them last year when they envisioned the 1971 version of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory as a gruesome trap slasher.
This time they’ve turned their attention from gobstoppers to a mobstoppers in a bit of technological genius. The company has taken Ian Fleming’s suave death-defying hero and re-imagined what it would look like if he never escaped those villainous traps and deadly situations.
They’ve also gone a step further and pitted Bond against Bond (that you’ll have to see to believe). For those people who say this is sacrilege to the Bond universe and it disrespects the films and the actors. Relax. James Bond will return ( in No Time To Die–opening in theaters on Oct. 8, 2021).
