The kids aren’t alright in the new horror chiller, There’s Something Wrong with the Children, from Blumhouse. The movie will be available On Demand in the U.S. starting January 17.

Primarily known for her segments in anthology series such as Southbound and XX (she also helped produce V/H/S), Roxanne Benjamin is taking on the reigns behind the camera for this full-length feature from Blumhouse.

Over the past year, Blumhouse has had some hits and misses in the horror movie space. Its biggest hit was The Black Phone while its largest high-profile flop was Firestarter.

But it looks like the studio is starting out in 2023 on fire. People are already talking about M3GAN, the killer AI child’s toy, which should see some success when it opens in theaters on January 6.

As for There’s Something Wrong with the Children, you can catch that on your favorite digital rental aggregate starting January 17.

Story: A family takes a weekend trip with longtime friends and their two young children, but, they suspect something supernatural when the kids behave strangely after disappearing into the woods overnight.
