Rob Zombie’s younger brother, Spider One, is getting ready for his latest movie to be unleashed on the public October 4 (Shudder premiere to follow).

Called Little Bites, this creature feature was surprisingly produced by Cher and stars Krsy Fox, with appearances by Barbara Crampton and Heather Langenkamp.

Spider One, best known as the lead vocalist of the industrial metal band Powerman 5000, has also made his mark as a filmmaker and writer. His upcoming creature feature Little Bites, set to release just in time for Halloween, showcases both his writing and directing talents. The film follows Mindy Vogel, a widow who, in a desperate bid to protect her ten-year-old daughter, sacrifices herself to a nightmarish monster that slowly devours her alive.

“This film serves as a dark metaphor for parenthood and protecting your children at all costs. The stakes are high and the outcome is terrifying and gruesome,” Fox told THR before filming started. “I’ve never taken on a character quite like Mindy. Her emotional toll is heavy and it feels as though the world is against her. She’s a hero in the way that any loving parent is. She does whatever it takes to protect her child. I can’t wait to work with this iconic cast and team to bring Spider’s incredible vision for this film to life.”
