True Detective: Night Country is the franchises’s fourth installment and this time they’re heading to Alaska for their most bone chilling mystery yet.
I have to admit, being a huge Silence of the Lambs fan I’m excited to see Foster take on a role like this. Just take a look at the trailer below:
John Hawkes (Deadwood, Winter’s Bone), Christopher Eccleston (The Leftovers), Fiona Shaw (Killing Eve), Finn Bennett (Domina) and Anna Lambe (Three Pines) will also star.
“The series is centered around Detectives Liz Danvers (Foster) and Evangeline Navarro who are looking to solve the case of six men that operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station vanishing without a trace, when the long winter night falls in Ennis, Alaska.
“The pair will have to confront the darkness they carry in themselves and dig into the haunted truths that lie buried under the eternal ice.”
