Ghostface has spent decades calling strangers to ask about their favorite scary movie, and it turns out he was doing market research the whole time. The parody version from the Scary Movie franchise, not the canonical stalker from Scream, has launched an OnlyFans account, and the pitch is exactly as unserious as it sounds.

The account arrives to promote the new film’s landing on digital, which is a genuinely modern way to move a release. Buy the movie, or subscribe to the mask that killed people in it. The account teases “spicy content” made for subscribers, and I will let your imagination fill in a blank that a black robe and a rubber face really should not be able to fill.

Carmen Electra Behind the Camera

The launch video was directed by Carmen Electra, which is the detail that turns this from a gimmick into a bit with a pedigree. Electra has been part of the Scary Movie world since the original, where her opening scene remains one of the most quoted gags in the series. She also turns up for a cameo in the new film, so she was already on the call sheet before anyone handed her a viewfinder.

Electra runs her own OnlyFans as well, which means she is one of the few people alive uniquely qualified to direct a horror mascot’s debut on the platform. She knows the format, she knows the franchise, and she clearly knows a joke worth committing to. Handing her the camera is the smartest thing about the entire campaign.

Parodies, Collaborations, and the Fine Print

Metro Public Relations says the account will roll out more cast collaborations and the kind of signature Scary Movie parodies the series built its name on, though the specifics are being kept behind the curtain for now. The account is restricted to fans aged 18 and older, as anything with the word “spicy” attached to a slasher probably should be. You can find it at https://onlyfans.com/ghostface if this is the content your algorithm has been quietly begging for.

I keep waiting for horror villains to age out of the culture, and they keep refusing. Freddy sold pinball machines. Chucky got a streaming series. Now Ghostface has a subscription tier. Give the genre a new form of media and its monsters will figure out how to monetize it before the rest of us finish reading the press release.
