As we transition from summer to fall so too does Netflix’s movie line-up, focusing more on horror titles in October before dropping their holiday slate in November and December.
Along with the hundreds of proprietary and acquired titles, the streamer is adding some original content to its catalog for October 2024.
The list contains everything from some highly anticipated entries such as The Platform 2 to intriguing originals like The Menendez Brothers to one that is accused of being a rip-off: Time Cut.
The platform is struggling to come up with quality original content, especially in the horror realm where genre-specific streamers such as Shudder and Screambox seem to shine. Even the free streamer Tubi is finding its footing among the best in the bracket.
Below are the titles Netflix is promoting for Halloween season. We have included their loglines from the company and a trailer when one is available.
