Mia Goth has been making waves as of late with her involvement in the wildly successful X trilogy. While the newest film, MaXXXine is making waves for its 80s nostalgia, the actress is receiving heavy criticism following allegations of on set violence.

According to a report from Variety, Mia Goth is currently being sued by an extra who worked alongside her on her new film MaXXXine. The extra, James Hunter, is currently suing director Ti West, Mia Goth, and the A24 studio.

According to Hunter, while filming a scene where he had to lay on the ground as Mia Goth ran past him, she nearly stepped on him. After complaining about the safety concerns, the scene was reshot. Hunter claims that during this second take, Goth intentionally kicked him in the head.

The impact of this kick was strong enough to give Hunter a concussion. While he went to the bathroom to check on his wounds, Hunter claims that Goth taunted and belittled him. In an interview with Dread Central, Hunter claims that Goth then followed him to an outdoor restroom and kicked open the door. Hunter states that Goth continued to berate him, stating that no one would believe him.

“Nobody will believe you because you’re nothing. Get the fuck off my set, you big baby.”

Mia Goth, Ti West, and A24 have all denied these allegations. The studio provided the following statement. “As this is in active litigation, we cannot say more at this time but continue to vigorously defend Mia and the entire filmmaking team against these extremely baseless allegations.”

That’s all the information we have at this time. Make sure to check back here for more news and updates.
