Head Into the Further with Insidious 4D Experience; Coming to a City Near You!

The summer haunting season kicks off this year with Insidious: Chapter 3, which will serve as a prequel to the previous two films. It’s set for release on June 5th, but those in select cities won’t have to wait that long to experience the terror.

Coming to Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, and New York, Into the Further: A 4D Experience will literally put you inside of Insidious: Chapter 3, with the mobile attraction blending classic haunted house chills with groundbreaking virtual reality thrills.

Thanks to the aide of Oculus Rift technology, the cross-country attraction is a fully-immersive experience that will take you physically and virtually into the world of Insidious: Chapter 3. Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) will be your guide on an intense 4D experience that will bend your perception of what is ‘real’ and what is ‘the further.’

Best of all, tickets to the experience are absolutely free of charge, and you can snag them over on the Into the Further website. While there you can also check out hilarious reaction photos from inside the attraction, and you’ll also find a full listing of dates and locations. The next stop is Chicago, and the tour continues through June 7th.

Written and directed by series star Leigh Whannell, Insidious: Chapter 3 will center on paranormal investigators Specs, Tucker and Elise, as they head into the Further on a different case. The film will see gifted psychic Elise Rainier reluctantly agreeing to use her ability to contact the dead, in order to help a teenage girl who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity.

The upcoming sequel “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 3” is officially moving forward, promising an expanded narrative with a larger budget and the introduction of beloved characters from A.A.
