While we still have to wait a few more months to see Rob Zombie’s new horror film 31 (it’s set for release on September 16th), his latest album has been available for a couple months now. It’s titled The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser, and it seems Zombie’s plan is to turn most of the new tracks into music videos. On tap today? The latest one, of course!
Courtesy of NPR comes the brand spankin’ new music video for brand spankin’ new track “The Life and Times of a Teenage Rock God,” which stars Zombie and his wife Sheri Moon in Dia De Los Muertos makeup and features a very special appearance from Satan. No, not House of 1000 Corpses character Doctor Satan, but rather the evil red dude himself. Like, the real Satan. Really!
“I figured that a mixture of Three Amigos with a Dia de los Muertos twist by way of the opening credit sequence of Natural Born Killers hosted by a Satanic Paul Lynde would make the perfect video for The Life and Times of a Teenage Rock God,” Zombie told NPR.
